For certain parts of our webshop, you must first register. After registration, we store the personal data you provide via the username you have chosen. Personal data of customers or suppliers are processed by Morpheus Slaapvoorlichters BV for the following purpose(s):

  • For the duration of the agreement and thereafter only in the financial records for a maximum of 7 years.
  • During the term of our warranty period, which covers the lifetime of our products for production and/or manufacturing defects, excluding normal wear and tear.

With our portal, you can access a management environment where you can configure, specify, and modify items yourself.

Order Processing

When you place an order with us, we use your personal data to process it. If necessary for proper processing, we may also provide your personal data to third parties. You can read more about this further on in this privacy statement.

Contact form, newsletter, and brochure request
Through our webshop, we offer the option to ask questions using a contact form, where you are asked to fill in various details to process your inquiry. You choose which information you provide. The data you send us will be stored for as long as is necessary, given the nature of the form or the content of your email, for the complete answering and processing thereof.

We offer a newsletter to inform interested parties about our products and/or services. Each newsletter contains a link that allows you to unsubscribe. Your email address will be automatically added to the subscriber list.

We offer a brochure request service to inform interested parties, using a request form in which you are asked to fill in various details to process your brochure request. You choose which information you provide. The data you send us will be retained for as long as is necessary, given the nature of the form, for its complete processing.

Publication
We do not publish your customer data.

Our webshop displays advertisements.

Disclosure to third parties
We may disclose the data you provide to us to third parties if this is necessary for the execution of the purposes described above.
